This is mainly used for clients or require larger quantities of DVD replication. This is a process also known as or DVD stamping, for this process a glass master is made of your disc, again this can either be DVD5, DVD 9 or DVD10 they are all produced the same way, once the glass master has been made, stampers are made, from the stampers your DVD replication is run on plastic discs are made through injection moulding, the discs are then coated with a thin layer of aluminium and a protective lacquer coating this is then hardened by ultra violet light.
Again included in the price of this process is a full colour onbody print, all of the packaging options are open for DVD replication. This service is normally used for larger runs of 500-millions where it is vital to get the price per disc as low as possible. Turn around time for DVD replication is normally 8-12 working days from sign off of your artwork and receipt of master dsics. DVD replication is ideal for many of our clients, ideally for promotional work or DVD’s to be retailed in large quantities.
