From the Glass master we manufacture stampers, from those stampers your plastic discs are made through injection moulding, the discs are then coated with a thin layer of aluminium and a protective laquer coating that is hardened by ultraviolet light.
We now have the capabilities to replicate over 100,000 DVD’s a day. As glass mastering is an expensive process it is only cost effective for DVD replication on quantities of over 500 discs.
