This is mainly used by people who require larger quanitites of CD replication. This is a process also known as CD stamping, for this process a glass master is made of your disc, again this can either be audio CD, or CD-ROM, they are all produced the same way, once the glass master has been made, stampers are made, from the stampers your Cd replication is ready to be run on plastic CD discs that are made through injection moulding, the discs are then coated with a thin layer of aluminium and a protective lacquer coating this is then hardened by ultra violet light to give you your finished CD replicated. Again included in the price of this process is a full colour onbody print, all of the packaging options are open for CD replication. This service is normally used for runs of 500-millions where it is vital to get the price per disc as low as possible.
