CD duplication is a technology which is used for many reasons which includes making copies of music CDs or CDs for business, while there are also many more uses. If you want to use this technology then you need to know about the current technology and systems. With this information, you can take advantage of the modern innovations which will help you with your business needs.Current systems and technology used in CD duplicationAt present, there are various systems used to duplicate CDs. Apart from the normal CD burner which is installed on personal computers, there are also machine such as CD copiers. With the help of the SCSI port, CD copiers are connected to the computer. These copiers are best in producing CDs in small quantities. Some of the modern copiers are standalone copiers which do not need to be attached to the computer. They can make multiple copies of the CD in just one session as the systems are in a tower format and they have many CD writers installed.Automated CD copiers are the third kind used for large quantity requirements. Input and output spindles are used, and the blank CDs are stacked on the input spindles. These systems also have robotic arms which select the CD from the spindles and then send it into a drive for copying. After the copying is complete, the CD is automatically placed on the output spindle. Thus, different systems are used for duplication according to the quantity of CDs required. For instance, automated machines are used for large quantities of CDs.
